The profile can be inactive if you have not paid for the membership in that particular account or you have registered through Vouchers purchased/redeemed from third-party partners.


You will have access to the course contents and weekly assignments even if the profile is "inactive".


It will change to "active" only when you become a paid subscription member by updating the payment method.
