If you signed up to Shaw Academy using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your Shaw Academy membership at any time, including during your free trial, you may need to do so through such third party, for example by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from, the Shaw Academy service through that third party.
Whilst we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or lessons or Courses, please contact us at: email@example.com from your registered email address with the following details included to assist you accordingly.
* A screenshot of the receipt and bank statement.
* If the payment is made through PayPal share the Email ID used for PayPal.
* If the payment is made through a card share the last 4 digits of the card, the amount paid and the date of payment.
